The National Highway Traffic-Safety Administration (NHTSA) is looking for comments on how best to test and deploy self-driving vehicles in the Department of Transportation's October 2017 Significant Rulemaking Report. Manufacturer and distributor of engines China Yuchai International (CYI), through its main subsidiary Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group, has announced that 200 hybrid buses have been delivered to the city-based Baotou Bus company in inner Mongolia.
