PTV Transport Consult has promoted Thomas Ferrero from managing director to CEO and named IIona Lange commercial director to strengthen the company’s management team. Through her new role, Lange will continue to develop financial processes and co-operation agreements. She will aim to advance project controlling and improve the firm’s reporting systems. Tritium has delivered 12 high-power chargers (HPCs) to Germany to provide electric vehicles (EVs) with 350 kW of power and a 150km range in five minutes. These HPCs have been implemented at Tank & Rest stops at Brohltal Ost and West, either side of the A61 highway. UK technology firm Magtec has installed an electric motor into a refuse collection vehicle in a bid to improve air quality in the borough of Greenwich.
