McCain parking guidance system acquired by Swarco

Cameras to nab speeding Kenya motorists
Motorists in Kenya have been put on notice that police will now firmly enforce regulations on speed limits. Traffic Commandant Samuel Kimaru said, after receiving ten speed cameras from the National Road Safety Trust, that speed has been a major cause of accidents and traffic police will now expand their operational areas. The Russian-made speed cameras record on a memory card the speed at which a vehicle is moving, the picture of the vehicle and area in which the data is captured.

Seamless and Q-Park partner on pay by phone parking
Swedish payment solutions provider Seamless and Q-Park, the country’s private car park operator are to partner on a project that will enable motorists to pay for parking via SEQR using their mobile phone. APT Skidata upgrades shopping centre parking
Parking specialist APT Skidata has returned to refresh and substantially upgrade the parking technology at Castle Quay Shopping Centre in Banbury, Oxfordshire, UK, more than twelve years after it originally installed the centre’s parking systems.
