GTT expands partnership with TCS
From March 2015, Transportation Control Systems (TCS) will be the dealer for Global Traffic Technologies’ (GTT’s) Opticom priority control solutions and Canoga traffic sensing solutions throughout the south-eastern United States. Danish city measures the effect of Christmas shopping
Aalborg City Business Association in Denmark is using sensors to measure the impact of major events, such as the annual Christmas market. Rhode Island installing wrong-way driver signing
Rhode Island Department of Transport (RIDOT) is undertaking a US$2 million project to upgrade the signing and striping at 145 locations, more than 200 actual ramps, and install detection systems at 24 high-risk areas. Blip Systems and Traffic Data Systems partner on traffic management
Danish IT company Blip Systems has appointed German traffic monitoring specialist Traffic Data Systems as its value added reseller for German-speaking countries. Traffic Data Systems is now offering BlipTrack, a non-intrusive solution that collects, analyses and visualises real-time data. BlipTrack sensors collect data from passing vehicles equipped with Bluetooth and wi-fi-enabled devices and calculate journey times and traffic flow.
