Solid growth and improved profitability for IRD in 2013
International Road Dynamics (IRD) has announced solid growth for the three months and year ended 30 November 2013, with revenue up 14.7 per cent in the fourth quarter and 5.0 per cent for the year. The company says increasing service revenue contributed to improved profitability and stability of cash flows, while its China XPCT investment contributed strong earnings in the fourth quarter and the year. ‘Just the beginning’ for Cyprus’ smart traffic management
Transport ministry officials in Cyprus have launched the Channel programme, a real-time traffic monitoring system that aims to alert motorists through smart technology of delays, traffic jams, accidents, road works and parking spaces. EIB agrees backing to upgrade Scotland’s core motorway network

Exchanging Places event causes cyclists to rethink their cycling habits
Almost everyone who got behind the wheel of a heavy goods vehicle at the London Bike Show said that the experience caused them to rethink the way they cycle.
