Flir showcases thermal vehicle sensor at Intertraffic
At this year’s Intertraffic exhibition in Amsterdam, Flir Intelligent Transportation Systems will showcase ThermiCam, an integrated thermal camera and detector for vehicle and bike presence detection and counting at signalised intersections. The Borum stand at Intertraffic Amsterdam 2014 promises to be a busy place. The company says Borum partners from all over the world will be there to provide professional advice on line marking equipment. And the company will be unveiling some innovations for mounting on all of its machines, including a bead alarm (a sensor mounted on the bead gun to detect a stop of bead flow and provide an alarm) and an air dryer for a bead tank which Borum says is especially useful in areas with a high level of humidity.

Peter Berghaus will use Intertraffic Amsterdam 2014 to present its latest portable traffic engineering products. These include the MPB 3400 construction site traffic light with quartz, cable or radio control for simultaneous use of various modes such as request, fixed phase and green on request. Flir’s Thermicam finds cyclists day and night
ThermiCam is Flir Systems’ latest offering and comprises an integrated thermal camera and detector for vehicle and bike presence and counting at signalised intersections. TraffiStar S350 success for Jenoptik
