Q-Free increases share capital
Following the completion of the acquisition of UK company TDC Systems and its Australian sister company, the Board of Directors of Q-Free has approved an increase in the company’s the share capital of US$44,638, which will be carried out by the issuance of 704,037 new shares with a par value of US$0.063.

ODOT issues road user charge programme tender
The Oregon Department of Transportation’s (ODOT’s) Office of Innovative Partnerships and Alternative Funding (OIPP) is releasing a series of procurement documents for acquiring equipment and services related to establishment of the state’s legislatively mandated road usage charge program (RUCP). Singapore has notched up another first in transportation innovation with announcement of a dual-currency payment card in partnership with the province of Guangdong in China. Foreign hauliers to pay HGV levy to use UK roads
Foreign hauliers will be charged to use UK roads for the first time from today, 1 April 2014 transport secretary Patrick McLoughlin has announced. More AutoPass orders for Q-Free
Q-Free has strengthened its activities in Norway with the extension of four existing service agreements for the AutoPass system, together with two new AutoPass orders and increased capacity in the existing central systems agreement.
