The Traffic & Infra division of 769 Imtech, the global, Netherlands-headquartered, technical services and ICT company, will be exhibiting a vast array of transport related solutions and services from across Europe, North America and Brazil. The division, which has grown through the acquisition of traffic management and parking systems companies, including Peek and WPS, specialises in transportation infrastructure and will be demonstrating innovative solutions for traffic management, safety, intelligent transport systems (ITS), telecommunications, emission reduction and dynamic passenger information for road, rail and multimodal urban and inter-urban applications.

At the last edition of Intertraffic, Imtech won in the ITS/Traffic Management category, and was also named ‘Overall Winner’, of the Intertraffic Innovation Awards for its ImFlow policy-based adaptive urban traffic control system. This year, the company has again been nominated as a finalist in the Innovation Awards for ImFlow, a software system at the heart of a Smart City - connecting everything together. Its strategy manager turns data into action by making policy-aligned decisions. The user interface presents the current status, acting as a ‘dashboard’ to the policies’ effectiveness and showing impacts of trade-offs made. Integrating data also enables new added value solutions to emerge further supporting a city’s policies.
