Iteris has reported financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended31 March 2014, indicating total revenues in the fourth quarter of 2014 increased 11 per cent to US$17.6 million compared to US$15.9 million in the same quarter last year. State panel looks for ways to fix roads

A special panel, the Transportation Funding Task Force, which includes legislative leaders and others, is about to launch a study of ways to boost state aid for Louisiana's often-criticised road and bridge system. Michelin has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Brazil’s leading fleet management and freight security company, Sascar. The US government's Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is seeking a consultant to advise the Honduran government on the development of highway concessions. The winning bidder will be required to assist the country's infrastructure and public services ministry and the superintendant of public-private partnerships to manage road concessions, including a logistical corridor, a tourism corridor and the Lenca corridor, according to a tender notice published on the UN Development Business website.

GMB, the union for professional drivers, has responded to the news that a state court in Frankfurt, Germany, has issued an injunction preventing cab service Uber from offering its services without a specific permit under German transport laws.
