The 3Angle consortium, comprised of Fluor, Heijmans Capital and 3i Infrastructure, will carry out the design, build, management, maintenance and financing of existing and new infrastructure of the A27 motorway between Utrecht and Hilversum and the A1 between Utrecht and Bunschoten-Spakenburg. The project has a total value of approximately US$244 million (€220 million) and includes a 25-year management and maintenance period.

The A27 project is intended to improve safety and traffic flow by widening the motorway from two to three lanes and widening the A1 motorway from two to four lanes.
