Istanbul – the city on two continents – will be hosting the IRF World Congress in October 2024.
Held every four years, the IRF World Congress has represented – for almost seven decades – an opportunity to celebrate the road and mobility sectors as enablers of growth and development. The event which is accompanied by a large exhibition provides a unique platform that supports thought-leadership, business development, education, and overall successful partnerships in our industry.
Tomorrow’s engineers, inventors and transport system planners showed their ideas, visions and solutions for dealing with current and future transport challenges to delegates at this week’s ITS World Congress. Displays outside the main exhibition area included the Young Students Design Your Future Challenge, and the Victorian Model Solar Vehicle Challenge, with students from local primary and secondary schools working with Museum Victoria’s Scienceworks to present their ideas.
