The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association's (IBTTA) has elected Tim Stewart, executive director of the E-470 Public Highway Authority to serve as its first vice president Stewart’s term begins on 1 January 2017; in 2018, Stewart will serve as IBTTA president.
