Stockholm has set a target to use renewable fuels for 75 per cent of its public transport by 2016, as part of a range of new measures for social responsibility and climate impact set by Stockholm County Council (SLL). Volvo Cars’ new on-board infotainment and navigation solution, Sensus Connect, now has an integrated EasyPark Park&Pay solution that allows drivers to find and pay for parking from inside the car.
Drivers of Volvo cars equipped with Sensus Connect are now able to navigate to a parking space, pay the parking fee through an on-board system and receive information or pay for additional parking via the EasyPark smartphone app whilst away from the vehicle.
