Lindsay Transportation Solutions (LTS) will have a major presence again this year at Intertraffic Amsterdam and will feature its internationally successful Road Zipper barrier transfer machine as well as highlighting several new innovations including a new profiled marking tape and a new CE marked crash cushion.
During the 2015 ITS World Congress, Lindsay Transportation Solutions will be demonstrating the integration of a Road Zipper barrier transfer machine, a representative amount of a concrete reactive tension barrier, as well as a Swiftgate system from Versilis (Montreal, Canada) and some traffic control signals and Green Way Systems (Frankfurt, Germany).
Moveable barrier systems are offering engineers a new traffic management options. Work zones - be they for maintenance or road widening - are a fact of life and when they occur on major highways, they create no end of problems for traffic planners and travellers alike.
