    Q-Free has received a US$3.1 million (NOK26 million) order for toll tags from Costanera Norte, one of four concessionaires in Santiago, Chile. The order will be delivered between November 2016 and January 2018. Q-Free has delivered tags to all the urban concessionaries of Santiago since the implementation of the first multi-lane free flow system, with more than 1.6 million tags delivered during the last 10 years.

    Q-Free has received an order valued at US$3.4 million (29 million NOK) to supply its OBU615 on-board tag unit to French highway company Vinci Autoroute, to be delivered during 2017. The OBU615 supports all current and future 5.8GHz CEN DSRC protocols. Typical applications include electronic toll collection (ETC) and congestion charging, automatic vehicle identification (AVI), electronic registration identification (ERI), access control and parking.

    Q-Free has entered into an agreement to sell all assets related to its US-based security business Prometheus Security Group. Q-Free expects the transaction to be closed during February 2017, when all contracts, employees and other assets will be transferred to the new owner.
