If you want multimodal transport and active travel, you need to commit and be creative: no-one does this better than the Dutch, who have built a massive bicycle parking garage in front of Amsterdam Central Station.     An expanded US bike share scheme in Boston will replace the city’s Hubway system and offer residents in four municipalities a free ride day on 18 May.
