Truck parking app now includes occupancy data

Occupancy data for 23 parking spaces on the A9 between Nuremberg and Munich from the Bavarian Traffic Information Agency new truck parking information system (displayed on www.bayerninfo.de) has now been added to PTV Group’s free Truck Parking Europe app. Truck drivers across Europe can use the app to search real time information on parking space occupancy, make informed route decisions and add or edit parking options themselves.

Occupancy data for 23 parking spaces on the A9 between Nuremberg and Munich from the Bavarian Traffic Information Agency new truck parking information system (displayed on %$Linker: 2 External <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-16"?><dictionary /> 0 0 0 oLinkInternal www.bayerninfo.de Visit www.bayerninfo.de false http://www.bayerninfo.de/ false false%>) has now been added to 3264 PTV Group’s free Truck Parking Europe app. Truck drivers across Europe can use the app to search real time information on parking space occupancy, make informed route decisions and add or edit parking options themselves.

The app, available for iOS and Android, gives access to what is claimed to be the largest European platform for truck parking with occupancy information on more than 18,000 officially designated lorry parking spaces and car parks and suitable parking spaces off the motorway. If all parking spaces are full, the app assists truck drivers in finding parking options in the immediate area.
