Tamron’s 30X-zoom camera module with Sony sensor

Tamron is showcasing a 30X-zoom Global Shutter type camera with Sony’s IMX265 1/1.8” image sensor (Model: MP2030M-GS) at Vision 2018. The company says the MP2030M-GS module has an integrated optical zoom, CMOS global shutter sensor with the capability to output Full HD video at 60fps and still image capturing mode by external trigger pulse. High sensitivity and high IR transmittance of the imager plus switchable IRC filter make the solution suitable for day and night applications, Tamron adds.
