177 Tagmaster, a leading producer of advanced RFID products and ANPR cameras for long-range vehicle identification in traffic and rail solutions, will be at Intertraffic Amsterdam 2016 showing its latest UHF RFID product ranges and promoting its increased selection of products following its merger last year with CitySync.

The company will be highlighting its recent launch – the XT Mini RFID reader, a short-range device operating over three to four metres, for enabling vehicle access to secure areas such as condominiums, airport terminals or parking lots. According to Tagmaster, this completes its line-up of UHF RFID readers, which have a range out to 12m. The XT Mini is extremely robust and flexible and can connect to a variety of background systems. It can operate with several types of tags, either attached to the exterior of a vehicle, on the windscreen or in the driver’s pocket.

Meanwhile, Tagmaster will also be featuring the CitySync30 camera which is optimised for short- to mid-ranged ANPR for applications such as airport security and parking, shopping centres, barrier and access control systems. An IP-based ANPR camera, it is designed to be used globally with a variety of illumination options (both infrared and white light) to provide the best quality images, regardless of plate type and lighting conditions. Moreover, the camera has a 3MP sensor which provides incredibly detailed licence plate images from three to fifteen metres.
