Sigma’s cash and electronic payment units are being installed on the motorways A1, A13, A26 and A29.

The French deal comes after a recent similar contract in Austria where highways operator Asfinag ordered the TP1000. Sigma says that it remains the sole supplier of self-service payment machines on Austrian tolled motorways.

Sigma’s presence in Italy in Tolling was strengthened by contracts for the new TPS3000 with several Italian tolling operators, including Autostrade per l’Italia, Gavio group and Autostrada del Brennero.

Meanwhile, in the Middle East, the company’s ticketing vending machines and input-output parking devices have been installed at the airports of Dubai, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam and Abu Dhabi.
