The company is launching its robust and unobtrusive RedflexAnpr high definition automatic number plate recognition system. Saying it is ideal for a wide range of applications from car park monitoring and restricted lane monitoring to tolling, travel time monitoring and surveillance.

The new system is highly scalable; it can function as a stand-alone ANPR system, or up to four additional camera modules may be added to a single camera control unit to provide a scalable automated ANPR system. One camera module provides coverage for up to two lanes of traffic.
Redflex is also featuring radar-based speed enforcement systems that deliver accurate speed detection across up to six lanes of approaching or receding traffic.  RedflexSspeed radar is a fixed enforcement system, which can be pole or gantry mounted, while RedflexRadarcam can be vehicle or tripod mounted for mobile applications.

The company says both offer improved speed detection compared to traditional radar systems, thanks to their dual radar system: a speed radar accurately determines vehicle speed, while the tracking radar provides range and target information, to supply accurate speed detection, lane and vehicle position identification. A gantry- or MS4 sign-mounted variant of RedflexSpeed radar is currently undergoing type approval testing by the UK Home Office.

Redflex is also demonstrating the latest version of its Redflexiips software, a flexible, scalable and integrated image and incident processing back office system.
