8526 Baumer’s new industrial camera series uses the latest generation of CMOS global shutter sensors for maximum sensitivity at short exposure time, on a high dynamic range and resolutions up to 25MP.

The cameras are available in monochrome and colour and with ultra-high sensitivity within the NIR range.

The CX series cameras, with Sony Pregius sensors and GigE or USB 3.0 interface are suitable for automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) applications. Offering low noise and featuring a dynamic range of more than 70dB, the cameras supply high-contrast and sharp images for maximum image evaluation stability even in extreme brightness. Horizontal resolutions from 1920 to 4096 pixels enable a single camera to monitor several lanes, depending on the application and on-site requirements. The cameras feature low power consumption and a wide temperature range.

The LX series cameras offer up to 25MP, Dual GigE interface and burst mode for applications where image acquisition requires maximum speed and high resolution in parallel. Baumer GAPI software development kit supporting ARM platforms ensures convenient and cost-efficient camera integration in embedded applications.
