The Expression of Interest Demonstrations deadline for ITS World Congress 2019 has been confirmed for the 28 February 2018. The event will provide exhibitors with an opportunity to showcase their products and solutions to over 10,000 ITS professionals, decision makers, government officials and media from the 21-25 October 2019, at the Suntec Singapore Exhibition & Convention Centre. China’s Chainzone Technology (Foshan) is making its third visit to Intertraffic with its range of variable message systems, traffic signal and control systems. A long-term supplier to Germany’s Siemens, it supplies vehicle-mounted LED displays, passenger information boards and traffic signal controllers to around 50 countries.
GeBE now supplies its GeBE Compact Plus printer in a new design, with a pre-assembled presentation unit to prevent damage when handling.
Until the final hand-over of the ticket, the presenter keeps the printout back, not allowing the user to pull it too early. If the printout is not taken within a specified time, the sensitive data remains protected by the return transport to the inside of the case using the paper-reject function.
Germany company Dresden Elektronik is showcasing its deZign electronic timetabling technology for the first time here at Intertraffic. Using flexible plastic displays from Plastic Logic, the monochrome deZign display allows traditional paper timetables to be replaced at the push of a button. The solution is robust, daylight-readable and low power – fixed content requires no power, while text changes require only minimal energy.
