The 78 JAI range of camera sub-systems, camera components and LED flashes is suitable for most ITS applications requiring 24-hour operation, including tolling, speed control and access control.

JAI’s Viscam traffic imaging sub-system allows users to configure various traffic imaging components into a high performance, network-based architecture to meet the needs of virtually any traffic application.

The newest Viscam 1000 systems combine a complete set of imaging hardware, including camera, lens, light sensor, illumination, image processing, and more inside an all-in-one enclosure that delivers outstanding image quality while supporting quick deployments and reduced infrastructure costs.

JAI also offers a complete selection of high performance, high resolution digital cameras for integration directly into traffic systems. The cameras include a range of features tailored for traffic and outdoor imaging requirements and include the Spark SP-5000 high-speed five megapixel CMOS camera with automatic level control and the AB-800GE 8-megapixel CCD camera with automatic level control and high signal-to-noise ratio.

JAI also offers powerful flashes in near infrared, white or blue wavelength configurations to illuminate both vehicle and scene details for free-flow traffic applications.
