ITS Australia appoints new CEO

Transport and logistics executive Susan Harris has been appointed CEO of ITS Australia. With some 20 years’ experience across the transport and supply chain sectors, she has worked in strategy development and delivered national and international projects involving ITS technologies. Her international experience includes research in Shanghai and Spain, and development work in Malaysia.

    ITS Australia welcomes USDOT move on V2V communications

    ITS World Congress award for Transport Certification Australia
    The 2013 ITS World Congress has awarded the 2013 Intelligent Transport Systems Industry Award to Transport Certification Australia (TCA) for its pioneering work in telematics and cooperative intelligent transport systems.     ITS Australia applauds National Infrastructure Plan
    Intelligent Transport Systems Australia has praised the National Infrastructure Plan presented to the Council of Australian Governments last week. ITS Australia Chief Executive Officer Susan Harris said this Plan recognises some realities that challenge infrastructure management in Australia and it recommends a clear set of actions to force reform in policies and processes.
