The acquisition, just a few weeks ago, of 5683 Transdyn, one of the leading advanced traffic management software and systems integration companies in the US market, well-known for its Dynac ATMS (Advanced Traffic Management Software), now enables Kapsch TrafficCom to offer an extended end-to-end product and solution portfolio for intelligent transportation systems to its current and future customers around the globe.

As Kapsch TrafficCom will highlight in Amsterdam, it is now positioned to offer one of the broadest portfolios of intelligent transportation solutions to complement its leading position in delivering electronic tolling solutions to its customers.

In the area of electronic Toll collection (ETC) systems, the company will present a new generation of roadside solutions for urban road user charging and urban access and parking management. These systems ensure best performance in the detection, tracking, classification and enforcement of passing by vehicles based on DSRC and Automatic License Plate Recognition (ANPR) technologies.

The third highlight at the Kapsch stand will be the company’s innovative multi-lane free-flow single gantry that will soon be deployed in the next tolling projects on the Eastern Distributor Toll road in Sydney and the Legacy Way Toll road in Brisbane, Australia.
