Austrian company, 7631 Commend International, a specialist in security and communication solutions for parking and mass transit systems, will use Intertraffic Amsterdam 2014 to unveil the NoVento Wind Guard.

The company says the device is an ingeniously simple solution to combat sound distortion caused by wind in help phone call connections at roadsides, toll gates, pay points, etc. A microphone attachment with a brush-like shape, the No Vento is precision crafted to dissipate noise causing wind swirls. Commend International claims the device far outperforms common designs and also eliminates snow or dust deposits, while being extremely easy to install and clean.

Also being featured on the company’s stand will be the range of Commend Intercom Servers. In addition to subscriber cards for intercom stations, they support a wide spectrum of interface cards including voice messaging, announcements and recording, alarm monitoring and notification, external control tasks and countless integration capabilities to other third party systems.
