Infoart is showcasing a multichannel payment and integration platform for on and off-street parking at Intertraffic. Called Igeus, the platform is designed with the intention of providing clients with a seamless digital experience. Igeus has more than 100 service providers and sales channels connected to the platform in Croatia through channels such as Infoart paydo web and mobile app, Infoart mparking and Infoart mgarage.

Cisco’s display focuses on a novel way of detecting traffic speeds, congestion and incidents without the use of loops. The company is using a fibre optic cable positioned alongside the road and down which it shines a light. Vibration created by passing vehicles create vibration which disrupts the passage of the light. Cisco has developed algorithms that can translate these disruptions to determine what type of vehicle is passing, in which direction, the lane it is using and the speed it is travelling. The
Governor of Colorado Jared Polis has signed an executive order which outlines a suite of initiatives to support a transition to zero emission vehicles (ZEV) in the US state.
Polis says: “Our goal is to reach 100% renewable electricity by 2040 and embrace the green energy transition already underway economy-wide”
He believes the public health and environmental benefits of widespread transportation electrification will increase as the state moves towards a cleaner electric grid.

Submissions based on this year’s theme - ‘Intelligent Mobility: Safer, Greener, Smarter’ - should relate to topics on intelligent mobility: moving people, data and freight.
Authors of the accepted papers will present findings in a session organised by ITS America’s programme committee which will feature a moderator appointed by the event
