International Benefits Evaluation Community’s (8359 IBEC) new 'Evaluation of Intelligent Road Transport Systems: Methods and Results' handbook is being officially launched at this week's ITS World Congress.

Its editor, IBEC vicechair Dr Meng Lu, who is strategic innovation manager at Netherlands-headquartered Dynniq, has orchestrated global content from expert contributors and institutional sources including 32 national ITS associations.
