Czech parking systems manufacturer 8399 Green Center is using Intertraffic to demonstrate its improved GPP PGS2 parking guidance system and GPE4P Economy parking payment unit for the first time.

The PGS2, which directs motorists to vacant parking spots and indicates those that are occupied or reserved for categories of drivers such as those with families, has been updated to be more user-friendly and easy to install.

It has a new LED display that indicates the direction and distance to vacant slots, particularly those for drivers with disabilities or children.

It also has a simpler cabling infrastructure and has sensors that are easier to set through near-field communication (NFC) systems.

The company’s new GPE4P Economy payment station can also be supplied in a number of different heights as a freestanding unit, or wall-mounted.
