CohuHD introduces RISE series ruggedised dome positioning system

CohuHD Rise (Ruggedised Innovation with Superior Endurance) 4220HD dome camera positioning system combines HD image quality, bandwidth efficient H.264 compression and advanced traffic analytics that counts, classifies and provides speed of vehicles.

8363 CohuHD is demonstrating the new Rise series ruggedised dome positioning system at ITS America 2016.

CohuHD Rise (Ruggedised Innovation with Superior Endurance) 4220HD dome camera positioning system combines HD image quality, bandwidth efficient H.264 compression and advanced traffic analytics that counts, classifies and provides speed of vehicles.

The 4220HD is built on the latest technologies – camera sensors, optics, encoding/ compression, operating software, enclosure protection and positioning drive trains.

The system features full HD 1080p image quality combined with powerful 30x optical and 12x digital zoom, very low-light sensitivity, automatic image defog and dehase analytics, and electronic image stabilisation (EIS).

Rugged sealed and nitrogen-pressurized IP68 construction protects against extreme adverse conditions such as shock and vibration, smog, fog, low-light and temperature up to 74°C.

In addition, the RISE 4220HD provides a full function web server delivering administrative and operator control capabilities. Administrative features include configuring network settings, user password assignments, setting video streaming properties, and configuring camera imaging properties.
