The product is part of the company’s ambition to create an urban transport application programming interface for kerbside navigation that can integrate into intelligent mobility applications which has earned Appyparking an accolade of the 15th most disruptive company in the world.
French road guardrail specialist Tertu Equipements is using Intertraffic as the debut show for its new T32 system, the company’s first entry in the N2W2 category. The company has had products in the N2W3 category before. It is now able to reach the required level of performance with a 2m 66cm spacing between posts. Previously, this had a post spacing of 2m. Enforcement systems specialist Agendum has rebranded to Parkius as it prepares to expand its services to include smart city solutions.
Agendum says users of its parking solution can then use smart data services for monitoring and predicting traffic and parking intensity or inspect traffic signs, street furniture or other objects in the public space.

The Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America) is now accepting papers to narrate this year’s theme, Transportation 2.0, for its 27th Annual Meeting technical program. The event will take place from 4-7 June 2018, in Detroit, Michigan. Papers for this year need to be related to one of six main topics: Connectivity, Autonomy and the Future of Transportation; Cybersecurity and Privacy Opportunities and Challenges; Electrification and Infrastructure and; Regulatory and Financial Challenges
