The solution aims to save drivers time and money while also reducing congestion and pollution in cities.
The product is part of the company’s ambition to create an urban transport application programming interface for kerbside navigation that can integrate into intelligent mobility applications which has earned Appyparking an accolade of the 15th most disruptive company in the world.
From 17 to 21 September 2018, the city of Copenhagen will host the 25th ITS World Congress - organised by Ertico – ITS Europe and the European Commission, in collaboration with ITS America and ITS Asia-Pacific. The legislation surrounding driverless cars is lagging so far behind the technology involved that the industry is unlikely to see a regulatory framework in place any time soon says leading international business, finance and taxation consultancy BDO. A new generation traffic cone management system is being shown at Intertraffic on the Janschitz Traffic Services stand. The fully-automatic X-Cone allows a single worker to set out and collect cones (even if the cone is out of position or laying down) and is unaffected by weather or temperature.
