Topics will include: The building blocks of Smart Cities and the importance of data correlation for cities of the future.     The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded $411,578 in Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) grants to Hawaii to help curb pollution from diesel vehicle sources.
