The speakers, Dr Maxime Flament of Ertico-ITS Europe and Dr Lytrivis Panagiotis of ICCS, will share their views and provide feedback on events at the Congress. They will also debate the current progress in different areas relating to successful and sustainable deployment of vehicle and road automation systems.

Themes such as the challenges relating to automated driving, the technical and not technical issues like HMI, legal and institutional issues, liability and privacy will be addressed taking into account the outcome of the Congress discussions.

The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session, moderated by Dr Flament.

    The submission date for papers for the 11th ITS European Congress has been extended by two weeks from 13 January to 25 January 2016. The extension only applies to Technical, Scientific or Commercial Papers and Special Interest Session proposals. The deadline for Special Interest Session proposals remains 13 January 2016.
