ViaPlus is now managing on-site customer operations for the Northwest Parkway, a nine-mile toll road north of Denver, Colorado.

Part of Vinci Highways, ViaPlus specialises in revenue and services management, and its responsibilities at Parkway include call-centre communications and services, and image review for the toll road's free-flow highway traffic.

Northwest Parkway is part of the Colorado highway system and connects E-470 with US36 at I-25. It opened in 2003 and was acquired by Vinci in 2024.
