Already an established leader in building portable signage and sensor hardware, 5688 Ver-Mac is focusing on building the integration software side of its business. Now a turnkey solution, Ver-Mac offers a complete Smart Workzones solution that includes hardware and the company’s JamLogic software.

According to Todd Foster, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Ver-Mac, Jamlogic pushes and pulls traffic data from existing sensors and cameras  and shares its with motorists, third-party vendors and DOTs. Traffic data can automatically be routed to dynamic message signs, informing motorists of construction zones, detours and estimated drive times.

Jamlogic integrates with other data services such as Inrix, enriching its data pool.

Jamlogic can also be used to do fleet management, tracking, updating and maintaining portable signs over a geographic area from a central console.
