SESAMES Awards 2014

Users on the move – that is the message as the key players in the digital payments industry converge on Paris to enjoy the 29th edition of CARTES SECURE CONNEXIONS.

When it comes to opportunities for networking and experiencing the industry’s latest innovations first hand, the event is unrivalled – and CARTES 2014 got off to a stunning start last night at the Salle Wagram in the heart of the French capital with the SESAMES Awards.

Eleven companies were honoured for their efforts in the field during a gala evening which saw the cream of the sector given due recognition. Trophies were awarded in areas as diverse as contactless travel payments, government identification systems and component testing.

Syniverse will be particularly thrilled as its new fraud solution was recognised for its versatility when it triumphed in two categories.

‘Users on the move’, the theme of CARTES 2014, was embraced by many of the solutions - and over the next three days, visitors to CARTES 2014 will see many more examples of excellence in this dynamic field…
