Submission deadline for the 2012 ITS video competition approaches

The deadline for submissions for this year’s 2012 ITS Video Competition which will culminate at the ITS World Congress, being held in Vienna, Austria, from 22-26 October, 2012, is exactly two weeks away on Friday 7 September. The deadline for submissions for this year’s 2012 ITS Video Competition which will culminate at the 6456 ITS World Congress, being held in Vienna, Austria, from 22-26 October, 2012, is exactly two weeks away on Friday 7 September.

The purpose of this video competition is to reach out to citizens and policy makers showing the potential and need for intelligent transport systems and services to create a better future with less accidents, fewer fatalities and injured people, less congestion, cleaner and more comfortable mobility.

All submitted videos will gain valuable exposure through being embedded on the 374 Ertico – ITS Europe, ITS Congress, 6457 National Network of ITS Associations, i-Mobility Network and host organisation websites, as well as through other dissemination channels. All videos will also be shown on the Ertico stand at the 2012 ITS World Congress. The finalists will also be shown at the VIP dinner at the Congress, and the winning videos shown during the closing ceremony, ensuring maximum exposure.
