New regional director for PB

Parsons Brinckerhoff has appointed Tim Cuthbert as its regional director for the UK Transportation business, part of the Highways, Transportation and Asset Management business, where he will help drive market development in the both public and private sectors.

 Parsons Brinckerhoff has appointed Tim Cuthbert as its regional director for the UK Transportation business, part of the Highways, Transportation and Asset Management business, where he will help drive market development in the both public and private sectors.
 
Cuthbert joins after spending 20 years with SYSTRA (formerly MVA Consultancy) where he was director for Southern England. He has expertise in the identification, appraisal, design and delivery of transport solutions across all modes of transport. Working for both public and private sector clients he has played a key role in driving forward a number of high profile town centre and regeneration projects. He also brings a grounded experience in business strategy development and the management of business operations.

Cuthbert is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transportation. He also has a Diploma in Management Studies from Henley.
