He leads the design, engineering, safety, quality, research and development, advanced vehicle technology and program management of the company's cars, trucks and crossovers around the world.
In addition, Reuss oversees GM’s Global purchasing and supply chain organisation, and is a member of its executive leadership team and the board of Shanghai General Motors.
Between 2009-2014, he was president of GM North America, where he was responsible for its performance, manufacturing, portfolio and dealer network.

A new ITF mobility study in Helsinki confirms that a combination of 6-seater shared taxis and taxi buses can carry out all of today’s car journeys in the city area with just 4% of the current number of privately owned vehicles.
