In addition to the opening and closing ceremonies, and three plenary sessions, highlights of this year’s event include the Ministerial Roundtable, two high-level technology summits and a public afternoon open to all.
Keynote speakers at the Plenary sessions include: Ogi Redzic, senior vice-president, Connected Driving, Here; Pierre Coppey, president of Vinci and ASFA, Steve Yianni, chief executive officer, Transport Systems Catapult; and Violeta Bulc, European Commissioner for Mobility and Transport.

The United Nations Development Programme in Kuwait (UNDP) has issued a tender for the development of web-based traffic demand management, road safety and enforcement project for the State of Kuwait.
