The ITSUP event will be staged in a dedicated hall, next to the new Smart Mobility hall, with open stages available for presentations as well as a networking area in the centre of the hall facilitating matchmaking. There is also scope for live demonstrations in and around RAI Amsterdam. The hall will also feature a small segment for pre-start-up solutions as well as a hackathon, organised for technical university students.

ITSUP will be supported by sponsors, partners and the Intertraffic organisation, enabling start-ups to participate for a nominal exhibition fee.

ITSUP will be held from 20 to 23 March 2018 during Intertraffic Amsterdam 2018. Start-ups which fall within the startup criteria, including a solid business plan and innovative intelligent solution, can sign up for the event through the Intertraffic website. In addition, products need to be globally applicable and hyper-scalable (rapid growth rate) with a high feasibility factor. The startup must relate to at least one of the following industries: traffic technology, telecom, automotive, service providers, security industry or ICT.
