IBTTA 84th Annual General Meeting and Exhibition features world transportation leaders

The 3804 International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association's 84th Annual Meeting and Exhibition, with the theme of People, Partnerships & Progress, takes place on 11-14 September at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.  

The international event features Colorado Lieutenant Governor Donna Lynne, Colorado transportation officials, award-winning photographer, writer and filmmaker Pete McBride of Colorado as well as transportation leaders from the US and around the world. The conference is being hosted by IBTTA member E-470 Public Highway Authority. Sessions will focus on the evolution of tolling, managing threats to customer data, preparing for technological advances, and identifying the changes that lie ahead.
 
Leveraging the meeting theme, People, Partnerships & Progress, each educational session falls under one of these general categories. The People portion of the program includes sessions on putting big data to work, exploring content marketing and new media in the digital age, and ensuring privacy, security and data protection. The sessions under the Partnerships theme focus on funding and financing, telling Colorado's tolling story of collaboration and partnership, and partnering to improve customer service. The Progress portion concentrates on identifying what's next after the FAST Act, reviewing interoperability progress across the globe, and driving sustainability through technology. Speakers hail from 22 countries.
