One of the highlights will be its cooled charging cable for high-power charging stations, which is able to multiply the power-throughput of a charging cable and reduce charging times to below 20 minutes, putting fast charging within reach, even with big battery packs of new electric vehicles and trucks. The cables are thin, simple and easy to handle, bend-protected and have ideal grip position.

The Swiss-based company will also be showcasing its extensive Radox cable portfolio that guarantees safe and durable connections in demanding environments. Developed to meet current automotive trends on space and weight-saving and offering high temperature performance in harsh automotive environments, the compact design of the wide spectrum of cables feature resistance to aggressive fluids, heat and abrasion.

The Radox automotive connection system (RACS) will also be on show. The high-voltage connection for electric and hybrid vehicles is an innovative system with low electrical resistance, minimum space requirements and a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

In conjunction with RACS, Huber+Suhner will also show its high-voltage distribution units for hybrid trucks, a customisable system providing the power distribution between the battery, generator, loader task and secondary output, also certifying electromagnetic compatibility and safety.
