The use of public transport in the European Union has reached its highest level since 2000, with a total of 57.9 billion journeys made in 2014, according to a new study released today by UITP (International Association of Public Transport).

E.on clients in Sweden who purchase a Uniti electric car (EC) will be provided with five years’ worth of charging through solar cells at home, as part of a new partnership between the two companies that aims to create a sustainable source of energy for charging. The ECs are expected for delivery in 2019.
