Software company, 5550 HaCon, is to develop a central data hub for the North-Hessian Traffic Association (NVV) in Germany. NVV is to introduce a dynamic passenger information system to deliver accurate comprehensive travel information to its bus and rail passengers.

The central data hub imports real-time data from all the transport companies in the NVV area via satellite hubs, validates it and then feeds it to departure and arrival boards, mobile journey planners and online information sites. HaCon’s software converts diverse data structures in real time to provide the transport companies and their passengers with accurate travel information.
