Get ready for ITS Australia's Mobility 2025

Transportation conference will be held in Sydney on 15-16 May

ITS Australia's Mobility 2025 event, which takes place in Sydney on 15-16 May, will address the practical application and strategic implications of advanced transport technologies to create more efficient, sustainable, safe and accessible mobility systems. 

Topics include sustainable transport, on-demand and active transport, smart payments and seamless ticketing, energy transition and grid management and accessible and inclusive transport.

Representatives from government infrastructure delivery bodies like Transport for NSW, Department of Transport and Main Roads NSW, Department of Transport and Planning Victoria and Main Roads Western Australia will talk about key ITS projects and initiatives from across Australia, and a number of university and PhD candidates will present the latest research and critical thinking within the ITS sector.

Industry leaders from commercial technology and consultancy companies will also be there, from organisations including Deloitte, Veitch Lister, Ventia, Siemens, Conduent Transportation and Cubic.

“Growing consumer demand, the rise of autonomous technologies, and the digital transformation of infrastructure are just a few of the driving forces that are reshaping the future of mobility,” said Susan Harris, ITS Australia’s CEO. “Globally, mobility is entering a new age of innovation, and the demand for more sustainable, efficient, and user-centric transportation solutions is accelerating.”

Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence: the use of data and AI to enhance various aspects of mobility.

Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and Integrated Mobility: a transformative solution integrating transport services into a seamless, accessible safer platform enhancing the customer experience.

Sustainable and Accessible Transport: Achieving accessible and sustainable transport through technology and the regulatory, power and implementation challenges.
