Features include a robust mapping functionality to find the closest EVgo station and; real-time charger status. In addition, it includes filtering options that enable users to only see chargers compatible with their car and; a charging timer that remotely monitors charge duration. Users can save favourite charging spots and access recently visited stations. It also allows access to charging and billing history.

A new driver portal has also been launched which works with the app and allows customers to review their charging history and plans, as well as update their information.
