ETSI develops standards for all aspects of ITS communication systems, working in close cooperation with other standards bodies including1701 CEN, 2042 ISO, 6781 IEEE and with the 7023 Car2Car Communication consortium. Interoperability is key, so ETSI, with 374 Ertico, organises events for suppliers of cooperative mobility services to test and validate the interoperability of their ITS products.
